Smart Instruments (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of medical equipment testing solutions, recently delivered a comprehensive hands-on training program for Medivest’s Biomedical Engineering staff from the Southern Johor Zone. The two-day event, held at Hospital Sultanah Aminah, Johor Bahru, equipped participants with advanced technical skills in operating a wide range of cutting-edge medical analyzer devices.

Training Highlights

The training program, conducted from 21–22 June 2025 (9:00 AM–5:00 PM daily), covered 12 specialized medical testing devices, including:

  • Rugged 2 Electrical Safety Analyzer

  • Infutest Solo (Infusion Device Analyzer)

  • Phase 3 Defibrillator Analyzer

  • vPad-A1 Multi-Parameter Patient Simulator

  • vPad-RF Electrosurgical Analyzer

  • TSI Ventilator Tester

  • HDM 97BQ Dialysis Reference Meter

  • CA 850 Manometer

  • AA 8000 Anaesthetic Gas Analyzer

  • vPad-IN Incubator Tester

  • FMS 3 

  • SMART NEO Phototherapy Light Meter

The session was led by Mr. Semarjit Singh Bhuller, a senior product specialist from Smart Instruments (M) Sdn Bhd, who guided 56 Biomedical Engineering staff through in-depth device demonstrations, hands-on operations, and troubleshooting techniques.
